Safety First Phoenix app for iPhone and iPad

Safety Firsts Phoenix is your one-stop solution to everything related to your Initial Learning Program at TCS.

The application will open in three different modes for an associate:

1. PRE-ILP Mode: This mode can be accessed by an associate before joining TCS. Here an associate can posts blogs, get emergency contact numbers, get reporting addresses, and get other details about their ILP.

2. IN-ILP Mode: An associate will be moved to IN-ILP mode when he/she joins TCS. Here they can interact with the entire ILP centre, plans trips and do a lot more.

3. POST-ILP Mode: Upon completion of ILP the associate will be moved to POST-ILP phase where he/she can deal with their base location reporting and its concerned issues.

For a RMG officer:
The app can be used to mark attendances of associates when they report at base location, get list of all associates, approve extension requests, etc.
